We are a new type fitness website

There are so many different fitness websites and apps out there, it can be hard to navigate your way through them all to make the most out of your time.

At The Balance we want to cut through the jargon and take you straight to the facts, giving you the power to make up your own mind about the type of exercise and nutrition you want to take part in. 

There is no one size fits all type of diet. What works for you may not work for your friend or family member.

When you book with a Personal Trainer they tailor make a program just for you, this can be pricey and I really don't think good health and fitness should just be for those who can afford it.

I have been in the industry nearly 20 years and this website is my way of giving you the knowledge I have gathered and practiced, putting it all in one place. 

You will find everything you need to improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle, without worrying about hidden costs and extra services.

An online service where you can have straight talking advice and a community of like minded individuals, who like you, want to achieve a better lifestyle. 

We cater for everyone, from beginners to advanced training programs, recipe cards, dance workouts, stretch, relax and meditation and injury advice.
